These deductions will reduce the final payment made to you:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">   &#8211;  Model 211, if you are a non-resident.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">   &#8211;  Current year&#8217;s IBI (property tax).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">   &#8211;  Outstanding utility bills (water and electricity).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">   &#8211;  Pending fees and taxes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5th<\/strong> Notary signing assistance. When all the documentation is ready, we will send it to the notary and set a date for signing the sales deed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We will assist you, translate all legal documents, and address your questions.
